REFUND, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
- We’re dedicated to making your purchase as hassle-free and enjoyable as we can! Please review the terms and conditions listed below before making a purchase.
- You accept, understand, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions by making a purchase.
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for items that are on sale, discounted, or bought with a coupon or gift Voucher. Please carefully review the size chart for items that are currently on sale.
- Please return any defective or incorrect items to us along with your order number if you get them. We will send you a new item after the items have been returned to us.
- We do not offer refunds or returns on any products once they have been sold, per business policy. After being sold, the Familycollection pieces might be replaced with ones that are larger or smaller (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If the desired size of the goods is not in stock, the customer will be given a credit note.
- You may write to us at support@familycollection.in within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to seek an exchange if the item is not from the sale range and is eligible for a size or color change.
- Please return the merchandise back to us yourself after it has been acknowledged by the Familycollection team during the following working day as we do not currently have a reverse pickup service. Please remember to collect a receipt from the courier with his/her signature and mobile number acknowledging how many things you are sending. Any missing shipments will not be covered by Familycollection’s insurance.
- The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non refundable. We advise sending products back using trackable mail.

- Exchange can only be done within 7 days from the date of delivery (size & color can be changed).
- There is a size exchange option, which entitles the client to a larger or smaller size for the same price as the swapped item less the shipping and COD fees for back and forth.
- Only items that are new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packing, with all of the labels and tags still attached, are eligible for exchange.
- Please write your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID along with the size or color required on the package.
- Please be aware that exchanges are permitted only once per order.
- if you do not wish to exchange your product, familycollection will provide you store credits with the validity of 30 days. it can be used for a new purchase.
